For 2014, the Natural Resources Leadership Academy (NRLA) will be held June 15-20 and June 22-27 in Corvallis, Oregon, on the campus of Oregon State University.
Participants of the academy will choose one course from either or both weeks. Week 1 provides four areas of focus, while Week 2 provides three. Throughout, participants learn valuable leadership skills for use in solving issues within various natural resources topics while also building upon and sharpening their own skills to help move their career paths forward.
This year, the weekly schedule will begin late afternoon on Sunday to initiate the leadership component, with sessions continuing each day thereafter from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or on group field trip(s) to various locations for the remainder (Mon - Fri) of the week. Specific schedule timelines will be provided at a later date.
